Kitchen Team Leader - Path to Head Chef (Training Included)

Premier Inn Penzance is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders and lead a busy service. You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure top quality meals and audit-ready standards in a hands-on leadership role.

Working 40 hours per week in Penzance, you'll drive food quality, hygiene, and team performance, with a clear path to higher leadership roles within Whitbread's hospitality operations in the UK.
