Kitchen Team Leader - Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, and lead the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene, with a clear path toward more senior kitchen roles.

In this hands-on leadership role you'll own the kitchen operations, from stock control to service flow, aiming to build skills toward a Head Chef position.
