Kitchen Team Leader - Grow Your Chef Career

Premier Inn Southend-on-Sea is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services, while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

This hands-on leadership role offers progression toward Head Chef, with 30 hours per week and pay up to £14.31 per hour. You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager and own ordering, stock control, and cost management for the hotel.
