Introduction

• Preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards

• Working independently on a section or supporting the kitchen team, depending on experience

• Assisting with daily mise en place and service for lunch, dinner, and events

• Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and timing

• Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Contributing ideas and maintaining a positive team spirit in the kitchen

• Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient
