Kitchen Shift Manager: Lead Service & Profit

J D Wetherspoon Swansea pub is seeking a Kitchen shift manager to support the kitchen and pub managers, leading the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets. You will run shifts and work unsupervised to ensure excellent service, proper food delivery, and adherence to SOPs.
