Job Description

Set within 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, China Fleet Country Club is one of the South West's leading hospitality, leisure and events destinations. We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. Hours are 96 hours over 4 weeks. Straight shifts - no split shifts. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Operating the dishwasher - loading and unloading
Mopping floors and managing waste disposal
Keeping kitchen areas clean, safe and hygienic
Supporting the Executive Head Chef and wider kitchen team as required

Qualifications

Keen to learn and develop new skills
Focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
