Support our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and maintain high standards across our kitchen operations.

What You'll Do Kitchen Support & Cleanliness

• Wash and maintain all crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and safely

Food Safety & Standards

• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required

Teamwork & Efficiency

• Work closely with chefs and the wider kitchen team
• Help ensure service runs smoothly by keeping equipment readily available
• Be proactive in supporting the team during busy service periods

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
