As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. What You'll Be Doing:

• Cleaning crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
• Supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensuring all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods, with regular weekend availability required.
• A reliable means of getting to and from the hotel, with a driving licence preferred due to the location and working hours.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to get stuck in.
• The ability to work well as part of a busy and supportive team.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities.
