Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter for an immediate start at a hospitality venue in the beautiful Inner Hebrides.
This is a seasonal position running until the end of the current season. The successful applicant must be ready to relocate and start straight away.
Responsibilities include:- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
- Washing crockery, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Supporting the chefs with basic preparation when required
- Managing waste and deliveries
- Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting the wider kitchen team during busy services
