What You'll Do

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe throughout service
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and equipment to a high standard
• Support chefs with basic prep tasks when required
• Maintain dishwashing areas and machinery
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and waste management
• Ensure all workspaces meet hygiene and safety standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service flowing
