Job Overview 
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Support chefs during busy periods by providing assistance where needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
- A basic understanding of hospitality practices and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while being a supportive team player.
- A genuine interest in hospitality will be highly regarded.
