Kitchen Porter

Join our team as a Heart of House Specialist and be the backbone of our hotel operations. From keeping our kitchens spotless to ensuring guests enjoy clean, high-quality service items, you'll play a key role behind the scenes in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting kitchen and food & beverage teams with cleaning and organisation
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing and cleaning equipment
• Handling deliveries, storing stock, and rotating perishables
• Keeping all kitchen, storage, and sanitation areas clean and compliant
• Ensuring all dishware, utensils, and linen are spotless and ready for use
• Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Working closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
