As a Kitchen Porter, you'll support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clean and maintain crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic, adhering to food safety and health regulations.
• Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
• Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Awareness of basic food hygiene and health and safety practices.
