Kitchen Operations Lead: Training & Quality

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead smooth operation of all kitchen shifts. You will partner with the cafe management team to train, coach and evaluate BOH operations, ensuring adherence with company policies, specs, and procedures.

You will oversee opening and closing duties, monitor labor costs, food costs, and ensure safety, sanitation and timely service in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
