Kitchen Manager - Lead Italian Kitchen, Growth & Hygiene

The Berkeley Scott Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager for an Italian wine bar in Northallerton. You will take full responsibility for daily kitchen operations, ensuring top food quality, consistency and hygiene.

You'll oversee a small team of 3-4, manage stock control, orders, deliveries and wastage, and ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety rules. Ideal candidates are experienced, organised and proactive, capable of leading busy service periods while maintaining efficiency.
