Kitchen Manager - Italian Wine Bar Lead & Develop Team

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for an established Italian wine bar in Northallerton. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency and hygiene, and you will lead a small team of 3-4.

The role offers a salary of £33,000 to £38,000 per year, with tronc on top, and a clear path to develop the kitchen operation under the guidance of the General Manager in a town centre venue.
