Job Description

Oz & Isle Restaurant at The Hobson Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie who will take a leading role as Kitchen Lead, guiding lunch and dinner service and upholding rigorous HACCP standards. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage stock and orders, and support the development of the kitchen team alongside a Breakfast Chef and Kitchen Assistants.
