Team Leader Installer - Kitchen Fitting Ultima X specializes in interior design and custom concept development. We create kitchens, fittings, and furniture that combine design and functionality. We are looking for a Team Leader Installer - Kitchen Fitting who values well-coordinated work: preparing, anticipating, guiding the team, and delivering impeccable results to the client. You enjoy job sites where quality is evident in every detail, from the first adjustment to the last. Main responsibilities include preparing and organizing job sites in connection with designers, suppliers, and clients, planning interventions and ensuring availability, and supervising a small team of installers with a focus on high standards. You will oversee the complete installation of kitchens: cabinets, countertops, appliances, connections, adjustments, and finishes. You will carry out necessary tasks on site (cutting, adjustments, technical constraints), guarantee the quality of finishes and adherence to deadlines, maintain professional and polished contact with clients, and manage unexpected situations calmly, while keeping in mind key techniques and points of vigilance for the project's progression. Your profile includes a CFC in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or equivalent, confirmed experience in kitchen fitting (ideally custom made / high-end finishes), experience in team management is preferred, excellent reading of technical plans, a sense of detail, rigor, autonomy, a service-oriented mentality, and a taste for quality work. A driver's license is essential.
