Kitchen Assistant Manager - Lead Team & Service

Pret A Manger is hiring an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom. You will support the General Manager in daily store operations, lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high-quality food, and help maintain a positive, inclusive work environment built on teamwork.

You'll train and develop team members, work with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and contribute to efficient service, health and safety compliance, and stock control while reducing waste.
