The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant with at least a few years experience in a busy kitchen environment. You ll play an important role in supporting their Chefs and ensuring the smooth running of their kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm under pressure.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team.

What They re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role (minimum a few years).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
