KITCHEN ASSISTANT - SABLE & CO, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £13.43 per hour. Extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £14.63 per hour.

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge

Shift Pattern: Part time (overtime available), scheduled between 2 am and 9 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

There is no contractual entitlement to a distribution of the tips within your role.

ABOUT YOU

• Ambitious and a team player, looking to progress your culinary career.

• 5 years of relevant references and a Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE KITCHEN ASSISTANT ROLE

• Prepare accurate cooking and presentation to specification.
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Keep your workstation clean and organised.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Previous kitchen experience is required. Uniform and equipment will be provided.
