What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of our Crafted Kitchen & Deli - food preparation, cleanliness, and guest service - in compliance with company standards.
• Managing and supporting a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and development.
• Championing top-notch food hygiene and cleanliness that meets all health and safety guidelines.
• Driving sales and helping your store achieve its targets.
