Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter - Property Services 
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Aylesbury/ Slough
Salary: £39,000
A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out kitchen and bathroom refits in void properties
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trader are:- Carrying out works on domestic properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own van
- Must have previous social housing experience
- Must have experience of using a PDA
- No weekend work
- Monday to Friday 08.00am-17.00pm
- Van and fuel card supplied
