Job Title: Women's Team Kit Co-Ordinator

JOB DescriptionPrimary Objective
Based at the Hibernian Training Centre, the Women's Team Kit Co-Ordinator will be responsible for delivering and implementing kit logistics in preparation for training sessions and match days.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all training and matchday kit requirements are delivered for the Women's First Team, including but not limited to:
- Provision of a laundered training kit for all players on a daily basis.
 - Provision of cleaning, stock taking, and delivery of all training/match equipment.
 - Preparation of laundered playing kits for all Women's First Team players ahead of match days
 
 - Liaise with the Women's Team Operations Manager to ensure that all matchday kits are prepared and accounted for, allowing a team member to transport them to games.
 - Take responsibility for stock management and maintenance of all Women's Team kit, including training wear and match wear.
 - Be responsible for fulfilling, where possible, any additional kit requests throughout the course of the season for the Women's First team
 - In conjunction with the Women's Team Operations Manager, complete the annual kit order, ensuring all requirements are met and that it is within budget.
 - Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained throughout the Hibernian Training Centre, including, but not limited to, the Women's Team Changing Room, Kit Room & Equipment Store.
 - Work collaboratively with other Club departmental managers to ensure professional standards are consistent throughout the business and maintain positive working relationships at all times.
 - Attend internal meetings and working groups as appropriate.
 - Any other duties appropriate to the skills and experience of the position holder.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity in football or sport.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to professionally manage and maintain multiple relationships.
 - Ability to communicate concisely, assertively and effectively with various professional disciplines and at all levels of an organisation.
 - Excellent verbal, written communication and IT skills
 - Excellentplanning, organisation and time management skills.
 - Ability to work effectively under own initiative to contribute effectively as a team member.
 - Ability to adapt quickly, have a flexible attitude, and to anticipate and prioritise different workloads.
 - Maintain absolute confidentiality.
 - Be prepared to work, at times, unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
