Kindness Driven Assistant Chef in Care Kitchen

HC-One in Sunderland is seeking an Assistant Chef with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and solid HACCP knowledge. You will cook nutritious meals, present dishes attractively, and support the First Chef in their absence.

You'll manage stock, help with budgeting, and supervise kitchen clean-up with residents' wellbeing at the core. You will need to communicate kindly with residents and colleagues, uphold safeguarding, and contribute to a supportive kitchen team.
