We are looking for a high-energy Flagship Assistant Store Manager to lead the Carnaby Crew and shape the retail team of the future.

• Dynamic Co-Pilot: Partner closely with the Store Manager to run a high-performing flagship, manage team schedules, and effortlessly step in to lead operations.
• Digital Face of the Brand: Empower and lead our social media channels. You are highly active on digital platforms, obsessed with lifestyle trends, and ready to drive in-store content creation.
• Studio Podcast Host: Own our dual-purpose lounge and podcast studio! You'll support influencer events, manage high-spec camera/sound equipment, and keep the space event-ready.
• Next-Gen Clienteling: Maximize our digital beauty tech and tablet systems to capture customer data, greet repeat visitors by name, and curate bespoke skincare routines.
• Coach & Inspire: Actively train, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of Skin Pros to deliver world-class storytelling and flawless brand standards.

• An Engaging Storyteller: You have a vibrant, expressive personality. You are fiercely passionate about representation, diversity, and making every customer feel seen and valued.
• A Skincare Geek: You have in-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients and a genuine love for helping people achieve healthy, radiant skin.
