The White Hart at Broadoakis looking for a reliable, confident, and customer-focused Keyholder Supervisor to join our friendly team in a beautiful location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team, taking responsibility during shifts, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy village pub.

As part of the Quality Inns Family Pubs group, you'll join one of Gloucestershire's largest family-run independent pub businesses, offering genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

About the Role

As our Keyholder Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pub. You'll support the management team, lead shifts with confidence, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and a great experience.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help maintain high standards across the pub while taking responsibility for opening and closing the venue safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the pub safely and securely.
• Take responsibility for the pub during designated shifts.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues confidently.
• Support stock control, deliveries, and cash handling.
• Follow licensing, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Lead by example and help create a positive team environment.
• Work closely with the management team to keep the pub running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or keyholder role.
• Reliable, organised, and confident making decisions.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Calm under pressure during busy service periods.
• Comfortable with opening and closing procedures.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Passionate about creating a great pub atmosphere.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and previous supervisory or keyholder experience are essential.
