If you have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)-especially Manhattan-and enjoy solving problems, supporting operations, and improving processes, this is your opportunity to join our WMS Talent Pool in Heerlen, Netherlands.

About the Role

As a WMS Key User, you'll be a central figure in ensuring the optimal use of our Warehouse Management System on site. From troubleshooting issues and supporting implementation projects to training colleagues and liaising with IT, your work will directly impact operational efficiency and service excellence.

This is a site-based role at our Heerlen location-perfect for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about logistics technology.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day

• Ensure optimal and correct use of the Manhattan WMS on site
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate system issues
• Investigate, test, and validate new implementations and updates
• Monitor open IT tickets and follow through on resolution
• Train and support warehouse teams on system usage and best practices
• Observe operational processes and identify system-based improvements
• Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve WMS interface issues

What You Need to Succeed at GXO

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Strong working knowledge of WMS systems, preferably Manhattan
• Solid understanding of warehouse workflows and operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts when needed
