Job Title: Key Task Lawyer - Conveyancing
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid or Remote)
Salary: Up to £45,000

About the Role: TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a leading law firm who are seeking an experienced Key Task Lawyer to join their growing conveyancing team in Cardiff. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical conveyancing expertise to support lawyers across the firm - without the pressure of managing your own caseload.

In this role, you'll focus on providing high-quality technical support by completing approval tasks, such as:

• Reviewing and approving titles
• Responding to and raising enquiries
• Handling complex title reviews and technical checks

You'll be a crucial part of ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence across the firm's conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough title checks and complex title reviews
• Draft and respond to detailed property enquiries
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to conveyancing teams
• Support lawyers across the firm in ensuring files meet quality and compliance standards
• Assist with process improvements and knowledge sharing within the department

About You:

• Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong technical background
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act (BSA) requirements and other relevant legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
