Flourish Education is recruiting a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a Primary School in Solihull. This is a full time role starting in September and continuing for the full academic year.

This full class teaching role includes responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment and classroom management. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.

• Pay: £168.80 to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience).

This Key Stage 1 Teacher opportunity is in Solihull, which is easily commutable from Shirley, Knowle, Dorridge and Olton and surrounding areas. For those travelling by car on site parking is available.
