About the role

justteachers is seeking a confident KS1 Teacher to join a large, thriving and well resourced Boston primary school. The role is due to start as soon as possible, for a long term role. The school benefits from excellent leadership and a vibrant learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring KS1 lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
• Support early curriculum milestones and monitor progress
• Create a positive, structured and safe classroom
• Contribute to planning, assessment and wider school activities

Pre requisites

• QTS with experience teaching KS1
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Ability to adapt confidently to a long term role
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two education based references from the last two years
