Key Holder: Retail Lead (Staff Discounts, Free Shoes)

Skechers is seeking a proactive Key Holder for our Banbridge store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, delivering a branded customer experience, and supporting merchandising and sales activities.

You will engage customers, help them find the right footwear and accessories, and assist the team in reaching sales targets while maintaining security and store standards.
