About The Role

Atlas Security is the UK's newest and most ambitious security company, part of the Atlas Group. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our leadership team and shape our service delivery.

This high-impact role combines strategic contract oversight with hands-on support. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, drive innovation, and ensure excellence across all touchpoints, from frontline operations to back-office systems.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead initiatives, support mobilisations, and champion the wellbeing of our people and clients.

Location

Based in London - Southwark

Regular travel across client sites expected

Salary & Benefits

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle account management across varied contracts
• Leading site mobilisations and operational transitions
• Implementing digital and technological solutions to improve service
• Coaching and developing site teams
• Building strong relationships to ensure client and colleague satisfaction
