Kerastase Travel Retail Beauty Advisor, Dublin Airport (37.5 Hours)

About the Role

We want to empower women and men to feel confident by providing personalized luxury consultations for skincare, makeup, and fragrances at L'Oréal Travel Retail units. The role involves driving brand awareness and sales while creating a welcoming experience for each customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to L'Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.
• Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays due to airport operating all year.
• Learn product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to give clients optimal results.
• Generate sales using multi brand selling methods, product knowledge, and following the basic service flow.
• Engage in traffic stops, when relevant, to share L'Oréal beauty with more people.
• Use POS software and other digital systems required to run the counter.
• Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising, ensuring appearance, cleanliness, and shelf availability.
• Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a positive attitude, event participation, and on brand grooming.
• Convey passion through storytelling.
• Connect with clients, provide solutions, and offer after sales/service support.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Passion for exceptional service and luxury beauty, even without prior industry experience.
• Approachable, friendly, and able to work within a team to create a positive environment with colleagues and customers.
• Desire to learn fundamental product knowledge and application techniques.
