Kaizen & CBS Leader - Drive Continuous Improvement

Crane Co. in Shannon, Ireland is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the application of the Crane Business System. You will actively participate in and lead kaizen events to achieve strategic targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

This role requires fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Experience in training and mentoring employees in continuous improvement tools is essential. You will also assess the progress of CBS applications and manage overall business performance.
