K-5 Literacy Coach & Data-Driven Instruction Leader

Clare-Gladwin RESD is seeking a dedicated Early Literacy Coach to enhance K-5 literacy across Clare & Gladwin County school districts. The selected candidate will work with local teachers and administrators to support student literacy through instruction and data analysis.

This full-time role requires a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate and a Master's in Reading or equivalent experience. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $74,000 based on qualifications. Application deadline is June 24, 2026.
