JV Property Finance & Operations Lead

Armstrong Knight invites an experienced Finance and Operations Officer to oversee joint venture projects and support robust cashflow management within our entrepreneurial property development group.

You will work with the Finance Director on mezzanine and equity loans, coordinate with the operations team on finance and refinance arrangements, and engage with the family office to explore new business opportunities, while handling ad-hoc tasks from the operations manager.
