What we are looking for:

• Degree in Information Technologies or Management - combining technical knowledge with a strategic business mindset;
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience - preferably in IT, sales, or business development;
• Ability to identify and match candidates to project needs, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and available talent;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership in the DNA - able to create direction, identify opportunities, and open new paths;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills - capable of converting leads into clients and building solid, long-term partnerships;
• Genuine passion for commercial activities and for developing new markets and strategic accounts;
• Results-driven, ambitious, and resilient - focused on consistently exceeding targets;
• Fluency in English - essential for global interactions, meetings with national and international stakeholders, and high-level presentations;
