Job Description
Hawk Hiring in the Tunbridge Wells area is seeking a Junior Technician to join a top-rated family workshop. With 2-5 years of hands-on experience and NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent), you'll work 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
A guaranteed base salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus a £4,000 team bonus is on offer, with real growth through mentorship and funded courses. You'll train under Master Technicians to master diagnostics and advanced repairs, enjoy a generous 30-day annual
