Junior Team Leader - Lead Technicians & Drive Routes

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Junior Team Leader at the Haydock branch, covering the South West. You'll lead a team of Technicians, manage daily duties, and drive improvements in KPIs such as Health and Safety, State of Service, vehicle maintenance, and productivity.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a basic salary of £28,604 per year and an expected OTE of £33,000 through bonus and commission schemes.
