Junior Strategy and Operations Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather and map business requirements to design efficient processes
• Conduct organisational analysis in line with financial, legal, and statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic insights
• Support the development of business plans and long-term strategy
• Collaborate across departments to ensure targets are met
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to special projects as needed

Your Profile:

• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (working language); knowledge of other languages is a plus

We Offer:

• Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
• Working hours: Full-time
• Location: Fully remote (anywhere in the EU)
• Compensation: approx. €5,000-€5,550 per month
• Potential for permanent hire: Yes, based on performance
• Equipment: Must have own laptop and internet access
