Solina Cardiff is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, help run service, and uphold Solina's standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for a Chef de Partie ready to step up into leadership and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

You will train and develop junior chefs, coordinate mise en place, oversee stock and waste, and ensure each dish is prepared to Solina's recipes and presentation standards during busy services.
