Junior Sous Chef: Lead Service at a Brand-New Brasserie

La Nouvelle Garde in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead every service alongside the Sous and Head Chef. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food safety and quality standards, and set the example through your organization and attention to detail.

You will work across kitchen sections, coach junior chefs, manage stock and waste, and help shape a high-performing team as the business grows. Annual salary from £37,000 to £45,000 including Tronc, with discounts and meals.
