Junior Sous Chef-Lead Service & Mentor in Busy Kitchen

Dakota Newcastle is seeking a creative and hardworking Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team. The role covers a busy service across all outlets including a la carte, room service, breakfast, bar snacks, and events, with a focus on quality and team collaboration.

You will support the Head and Sous Chef, lead by example during service, and train junior chefs and apprentices in a culture of continuous improvement. Health & safety and food hygiene compliance are essential.
