Job Description
The Commercial Hotel in Johnstone is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead kitchen teams across restaurant and function services. You will guide chefs, design menus and ensure consistent quality while maintaining profitability and high standards of food hygiene.
As a capable leader, you will mentor staff, manage daily operations, supervise pass during weddings and events, and drive cost control and compliance with HACCP, COSHH, and current legislation.
