Junior Sous Chef

Lion and Pheasant are currently looking for an enthusiastic junior sous chef to join our team.

The successful candidates will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to learn.

The above role is to support the Head and Senior Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food production, handling all sections, cleaning & stock management.
