As Junior Sous Chef at Radstone Hotel, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the smooth running and culinary excellence of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership skills within a busy hotel environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of kitchen sections, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to specification, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure all food hygiene, health and safety, and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Support, guide, and train junior members of the kitchen team, helping to create a positive and productive working environment.
• Assist with stock control, rotation, ordering, and waste management to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, or similar role within a quality hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating exceptional dishes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and progress within the industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
