ROKA's opening of ROKA Mykonos this season has created a vacancy for a Junior Sous Chef to replace a departing team member at the Charlotte Street location.

You will be a key member of back of house leadership, embodying our passion for hospitality and ensuring a warm, memorable welcome.

Qualifications

• You have a genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
• You have proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium, high volume restaurant environment.
• You thrive as part of a collaborative, dynamic team.
• You bring a warm, customer focused approach, creating memorable moments for guests.
