About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Canary Wharf. As a key member of the back of house leadership, you will uphold ROKA's high standards, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium, high volume restaurant environment.
• Support the management team with ordering, stocktake, and running the day to day operation in the kitchen.
• Train and coach the junior members of the team.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining a warm, customer focused approach and creating memorable moments for every guest.
