We are seeking a skilled and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our young dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking the highest quality food using the best available ingredients. You must have a strong culinary background, cooking skillfully and precisely, and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. Passion and attention to detail are paramount.

As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef-Owner in managing kitchen operations, ensuring all food, health and safety procedures are adhered to, and high standards are upheld.
